Csiszer Property Maintenance LLC ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have over it under New Jersey and federal law. It works together with our Terms of Use.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote through our website, call, text or email us at csiszerpm@gmail.com, we collect:
- Contact information: your name, phone number, email address and town. When a job is scheduled, we also collect the address of the property.
- Project information: the service you need, a description of the work and any photos you choose to send.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, the page you came from, the time of your request and anti-spam data from the quote form.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account details or biometric data through this website.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you send us only to:
- Review your request, prepare a written quote and schedule a visit or the work.
- Call, text or email you about your quote, your job and any follow-up.
- Send invoices and keep the business records that tax and legal rules require.
- Keep the website secure and, if you allow analytics, understand which pages help visitors.
Photos of your property are used to quote and plan your job. We do not publish them without your permission.
Calls and Text Messages
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request and your job. These are service messages, not advertising, and we do not send marketing texts without your separate consent. Message frequency depends on your project, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages, or reply HELP for help.
Information We Do Not Sell
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or share your name, contact details, photos or project information with marketing companies, lead-generation services or other contractors, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Information We Share
We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as website hosting, form delivery, email and phone services, and only as much as they need to do that work.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), only if you accept analytics cookies.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads), through the Meta pixel, only if you accept marketing cookies.
- A licensed professional, such as an electrician or plumber, only when you ask us to refer you for work we don't do.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights and safety.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses essential first-party cookies to work properly, such as remembering your cookie choice and protecting the quote form from spam. Analytics and marketing cookies run only if you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time with the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of every page. Marketing cookies (the Meta pixel) stay off unless you accept them, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser keeps them off. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal; because there is no common standard for it, the site does not respond to it. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
Data Retention
Quote requests that don't become a job are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Job records and invoices are kept for 7 years, a period that covers federal (IRS) and New Jersey tax recordkeeping rules, and then deleted.
Your Rights Under New Jersey Law
New Jersey residents may have the right to:
- Confirm and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
- Delete your information, except records we must keep by law.
- Get a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising and non-essential messages. We do not sell data. Targeted advertising happens only through the Meta pixel if you accept marketing cookies; you can turn it off anytime under Cookie Preferences, and a Global Privacy Control signal turns it off automatically.
- Appeal our decision on your request, and contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs if you believe your data was mishandled.

Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Security
Information sent through this website travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated policy.
